Shouldn't share holders of tracking stock be given the right to vote as a group? With no voting rights tracking stock shareholders are left without a voice and without a way to challenge decisions made by management or the board which are not in the tracking stock shareholder's best interest. What checks exist to balance potential managerial conflicts of interest.
