Dear Forum Participants,
I am a student doing a research in Corporate Governance in the UK.
I have this sentence: 'The UK structure of Corporate governance has so changed its originally successful characteristics
that it seriously handicaps corporate efficiency and hence constrains long term economic growth. It satisfies none of its
main participants, a clear sign that something fundamental is wrong'
Could you give me a short insight on it or recommend me a book?
