The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) is seeking nominations for the 2014 NACD Directorship Awards, including the NACD Lifetime Achievement Award, the NACD Director of the Year, and the NACD Directorship 100.

Now in its eighth year, the NACD Directorship Awards recognize leading corporate directors and corporate governance professionals who have demonstrated excellence in the boardroom through innovation, courage, and integrity. This year’s honorees will be recognized during a black-tie gala on December 3 at Gotham Hall in New York City.
Last year’s honorees included NACD Lifetime Achievement Award winner Robert A. Ingram, chairman of Elan Corp. and NACD Director of the Year Ilene S. Gordon, chairman, president, and CEO of Ingredion Inc.
