CorpGov Research AssistantResearch Assistant Vacancy for a Project on Corporate Governance  Applications for the post of research assistants are invited from the students who are passionate about contemporary issues in corporate governance. Work is remunerated with provision for performance based bonus and other referral opportunities at the end of the tenure. Assignment will begin from 17th April & will end on 17th June.

Task Description:  Prof. (Dr.) Neeti Shikha is a faculty of law and management at IMT, Ghaziabad. Ms. Geetanjali Sharma is advising Karnataka’s health department on CSR initiaitives, as a part of a UChicago fellowhip. The RAs would assist the project persons in researching and drafting papers on various issues of corporate governance in India. The research inputs would form a part of an international project being carried on in collaboration with Cengage Learning, publishing house headquartered in the United States.

Duration: April through June 2017

Reward: Paid assignment (periodic payment after completion of every one month).

Eligibility – Law students in and above 3rd year in a five year law program or 2nd year and above in a three year law program.
